The SQRL was bitten by our neighbours cat Coco and died hardly.
An improvised cage built in a few hours was to become the squirrel’s home. Administering the anibiotic was challenging because a squirrel is a wild animal. Afraid of humans, it kept trying to escape – which it succeeded in doing, but only for a few minutes, when it fell from the nearest tree and dropped
into the soft blanket that was already waiting. With thick gloves and a lot of patience, we managed to give the animal the medicine prescribed by the doctor every day until it was released back into the wild after some time. We did our best. Thank you Siqii!
